Agência IA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our platform strictly for business, marketing management, and automation purposes. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful activities or in a way that could impair its functionality.

2. Limitations of Use

You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the platform. Unauthorized automated access (such as scraping) or attempts to bypass our security protocols are strictly prohibited.

3. Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data and content you process through our integrations. You must ensure that you have the right to connect third-party accounts (e.g., Meta, Google) and that your use complies with their respective terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, source code, logos, and branding associated with the Agência IA platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Agência IA and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Agência IA does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency security responses.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at our sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through prominent platform notifications. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

7. Applicable Legislation

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent jurisdiction of our operating headquarters.
